Hippo's Hand
Not overly sweet, and not overly bitter, Hippo’s Hand is an extremely balanced, smooth and refreshing double IPA. We brewed this New England style IPA with the exotic Buddha’s Hand fruit. The dry hop of Mosaic, Citra, and Lemondrop hops accentuates the major citrus notes imparted by the fruit. Left unfiltered, it has a hazy golden appearance and a delicate citrus nose.
